Amenity, LLC is proud to offer the lowest shipping possible. Our prices reflect the great deals that we have negotiated with our preferred carrier (FedEx).Our standard domestic shipping method is via FedEx Ground. We also offer faster service via FedEx 2Day, FedEx Express Saver and FedEx Standard Overnight. FedEx Ground is not available when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping rates are calculated at time of check-out and based on the packages destination and total weight.The following shipping and handling charges are estimates based on an average order size of three products. Since our warehouse is located on the East Coast, customers on this side of the Country may have shipping charges up to 40% below the estimates listed below (and in turn, customers on the West Coast may have shipping charges up to 40% higher than the estimates below).
Tax Orders shipped to an address in the state of New Jersey will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order. Tax will not be collected on any other orders. How long will it take to get my order? Amenity, LLC normally packs and ships all orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order was placed. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders placed with Express or Expedited Shipping before 12:00 noon EST will usually ship the same business day (not including Saturdays and Sundays) pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed after 12 noon, EST, or orders pending credit approval will ship the next business day. For example, if you place an order on a Friday at 3:00 PM EST and request overnight service, your order will be shipped out on Monday, and you will receive your package on Tuesday. Arrival of your order depends on several factors that include your geographic location and whether FedEx can service your area in a timely fashion. FedEx Ground delivers within 4-7 business days, which makes the average shipping period about one week. However, times vary significantly and customers in the North East Corridor (DC to Boston) typically receive packages in one or two business days via FedEx Ground. How do I ship to another person? Sending products or gifts to others is easy. If you are not a registered uses at getamenity.com, names and addresses you enter are not remembered for return visits; they only last as long as your current shopping session. Simply use the "ship-to" address to list the other person's address. If the package is intended to be a gift, just let us know and we will include a packing slip that omits prices. What happens if no one is available to sign for the package? Any additional shipping charges caused by failed delivery attempts or refused packages will be the responsibility of the customer. Typically, FedEx makes three attempts to deliver packages. If you are experiencing a problem, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue. What if my package is stolen after it is delivered? On rare occasions, a customer will have a FedEx Ground package delivered to a residential address and the package will go missing. FedEx ground packages are typically delivered without signature (it is left to the drivers discretion if the delivery address is considered safe). Amenity is not responsible for packages that have been delivered and then go missing. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe delivery address. If you are concerned about a package being delivered to a safe address, we recommend delivery to a business address or an address where someone will be home to receive the delivery.
