Product Submission Agreement
As a leading manufacturer and marketer of men's grooming products, we are exposed to many products and ideas which may be similar to your idea. In fact, we may already be actively developing a product which incorporates some of your ideas. Therefore, when submitting information to us, please do not provide us any confidential or trade secret information. The best way to protect your idea is to first file for patent protection. If you have not yet filed for patent protection, this is something that we can assist you with if we choose to move forward with your idea.

Please read the following Product Submission Agreement:
By submitting your idea and any related materials to Amenity, LLC you unconditionally agree to be bound by the following terms:

Your submission does not obligate Amenity, LLC to pursue your product, pay you any consideration for any evaluation of your ideas, or obligate Amenity, LLC in any other manner. You understand, acknowledge and agree that our consideration of your idea and submission will not in any manner create or imply any agreement, confidential, fiduciary or any other relationship between you and Amenity, LLC. We do not and will not accept any responsibility for the safe handling of any submitted material.

You understand that Amenity, LLC continually receives various product ideas and concepts and that we may have previously or independently been informed of a product or idea that is closely related or identical to the concept you are currently submitting. Accordingly, you expressly understand, acknowledge and agree that we will be free to use any ideas or information that we have previously or independently discovered, to freely consider, pursue, create or otherwise exploit any similar ideas or information, and that we shall in no manner be liable or obligated to you for exploitation of any such products, ideas or concepts. By voluntarily submitting your information after agreeing to this agreement, you are expressly and unconditionally agreeing to renounce any claim that Amenity, LLC misappropriated any of your ideas or portions thereof.

You represent that any material which you submit will be (i) original and created by you (or that the creator will be expressly identified at the time of submission) and that no other entity has any interest therein or claim thereto, and (ii) that you have the full and unencumbered rights in and to the materials and ideas you are submitting so that your submission to Amenity, LLC will not violate the rights of any third party.

These conditions contain the sole and entire understanding between you and Amenity, LLC and may not be modified or waived except in writing signed by an officer of Amenity, LLC.

By submitting your idea, you expressly agree to the terms provided above.
