Getting her start at Revlon, Lisa has extensive experience in product development, packaging and operations. She has launched top selling SKU's in the mass market, spa arena and high-end retail environment. Lisa is charged with ensuring that Amenity continue to lead the introduction of next-generation airless packaging with metered dispensing systems, new patented ingredient complexes, new ingredient actives, and innovative sampling.

What's your favorite Amenity product and why?
The Balm (pronounced Da Balm in Jersey). Not only does this product work wonders for my husband's super dry skin, it also works wonders on mine!
