The foot of an average male can exude half a pint of sweat a day. This either evaporates if it can, or is absorbed by socks or shoes. One of the main causes of smelly feet, which must imply sweaty feet, is wearing the wrong socks or shoes. Leather shoes are much more resistant to this and also reduce the amount of sweat produced. Make sure your socks are not too tight. Wear socks that specifically provide cool comfort — such as socks made with CoolMax fibers — to keep feet ventilated and help treat wet feet. Look for products that contain willow bark extract which exfoliates dead skin (yellow in appearance) and glycerin to revitalize the new skin. Instructions
