Don't overdo it: Wash your face only twice per day, morning and evening. Excess washing can cause irritation. Use only your bare hands to wash. A washcloth is irritating. Avoid touching your face during the day. Bacteria from your hands can easily be transferred to your face. Regular soap can really dry out your skin. Blot your face with a clean towel after you have cleaned (cleansing is rather pointless if the towel is full of germs).Instructions
